Energy Healing (or biofield therapies), commonly referred to as Reiki, is the Japanese tradition that dates back to the early 20th century. Energy healing activates the subtle body removing energetic blocks to stimulate the inherent ability of the body to heal itself.

Sessions with Nicole
Nicole is a Reiki Master who integrates her sensitivity to energy, intuition, the principles of reiki, and the Healy device to work through the blockages of the client’s subtle body. Essential oils and sound may also be used. When the session is over, clients report feeling calm, relaxed, reenergized, and maybe as if they just awoke from a nap. It is advised that you take your time getting up and moving. You’ll also want to practice some self-love after the session, including proper hydration, food, and rest to allow processing of any emotions that may have come up during the session.
Distance energy healing sessions work basically the same except that the client is not in the same location. The time is set so that the client is laying down and open to receiving the energy at the same time that Nicole is directing the energy to them. Distant Reiki works due to the combination of the practitioner’s intention to focus and direct the energy to the client, and their willingness to accept it. Nicole also offers the option of adding a Zoom connection to the distance session. Some find it easier to focus on the energy when they have the option to see each other.
