Sound Healing is a form of energy healing that uses vibrations created by different sound instruments like the Tibetan or Crystal Quartz Singing Bowls, Tuning Forks, Gongs and voice. It is used to help restore one’s body, mind and spirit back to a state of balance. The goal is to activate and facilitate healthy physiological activity at a cellular level in the person’s body.
Sound healing sessions are shown to have many benefits including:

Sessions with Nicole
Nicole creates a peaceful space and utilizes the Quartz Crystal Bowls (432 Hz, which is believed to have better effects on the human body and the emotional heart) as well as Tibetan Singing Bowls in the Sound Healing sessions. If appropriate the sessions also include the Healy device to work through the blockages of the subtle body and Essential oils for their effects on body and mind. When the session is over, clients report feeling calm, relaxed, reenergized, and maybe as if they just awoke from a nap. It is advised that you take your time getting up and moving. You’ll also want to practice some self-love after the session, including proper hydration, food, and rest to allow processing of any emotions that may have come up during the session.
Distance sound healing sessions work basically the same except that the client is not in the same location. Zoom or FaceTime is used for the session, and in rare cases a telephone connection is acceptable. All that is needed is a space to relax either laying down, or comfortably seated with no distractions. The temperature of the room should be comfortable, or have blankets available. Some find the option preferable so that they won’t need to drive after the session.
