Sessions with Nicole

Nicole understands that integrating body, mind, and spirit is a key to creating wellness. Using the ancient practice of yoga, a multi-faceted system, you will learn tools specific to you to bring the whole self into harmony. Yoga is not only the physical. It also includes meditation, breath work, and self-discovery. The initial session is 90 minutes, which allows Nicole to get acquainted with your needs and objectives based on medical history and assessment. Each subsequent session will be 60 minutes. You will be given work to do on your own to continue to create your journey. As with most therapies, you should practice some self-love after the session, including proper hydration, food, and rest to allow processing of any emotions that may have come up during the session.

remote yoga Therapy

Yoga therapy sessions are currently offered over Zoom. These sessions work basically the same, except you will need the ability to adjust your camera so that Nicole can see your movements to complete the assessment and to guide you through the session. You do not need to purchase any yoga equipment. Nicole will help you to use things you have around your home to support your practice.
